Returns
Thirty days. A full refund. No correspondence required.
If a formula is not for you, send it back within thirty days of delivery. We refund the purchase in full. No questionnaire, no photograph of an opened bottle, no correspondence required beyond the order number.
How to return
Write to the house with your order number and whether you wish a refund or a replacement. We will send a return label. Once the parcel is scanned, the refund follows the original payment method.
Monthly preparations
Cancelling an enrolment is not a return. Pause or cancel from your account at any time and no further bottles will be packed. A bottle already delivered may still be returned within the thirty-day window if it does not suit.
What we cannot take back
We cannot refund a bottle returned after thirty days, or one damaged in a way that is not the carrier’s doing after it left you. If a shipment arrives broken, photograph it and tell us at once — that is a replacement, not a return.
