Service
Shipping
Complimentary on every order, a single bottle and a monthly preparation alike.
Every Ashford order ships complimentary — a one-off bottle and a monthly preparation alike. There is no threshold and no promotional code to remember.
When it leaves
In-stock orders are packed in the ordinary course of the week. A monthly preparation ships on the cadence you chose: every thirty days, or every ninety. You will have a tracking note when the parcel is with the carrier.
Where it goes
We ship to addresses in the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, write to the house before you enrol so we can say whether the bottle can travel.
If something is late
Carriers mislay parcels. If a delivery has not arrived within a reasonable window of the tracking date, contact us with the order number. We will replace the bottle or refund it. You should not have to argue with a form.
For the standing terms of carriage, see also the store shipping policy. This page is the house account of how we actually send the work.
